Our mission, is to raise awareness and empower men and their families with the knowledge to make informed choices.

An increased awareness of prostate cancer can help in the early detection and treatment of this disease. Understanding the risk factors, knowing the symptoms, and undergoing routine medical check-ups can help in the management of prostate cancer.

Some of the common factors that increase the chances of developing prostate cancer include:

  • age,
  • family history,
  • ethnicity,
  • and a high-fat diet.

Men above 50 years of age are at a higher risk of developing prostate cancer, and the risk increases with age.

African American men are at an even higher risk of developing prostate cancer than any other ethnicity.

Prostate cancer is not always life-threatening.

The earlier you catch it the more likely it is to be cured.

So let’s spread the word and encourage men to be informed and have open discussions with their doctors and above all reduce the stigma associated with this disease and start saving lives.
